Ingredients:
- Onion
- Olive oil
- Sugar
- Beef
- Garlic
- Salt
- Potatoes
Preparation:
Boil the potatoes and put the onion on pan with a little drop to olive oil and then mix the onion with the caramel.
Once we boil the potatoes, add the single cream and beat for obtain the purée.
Heat de olive oil, and put the garlic, after add the beef.
Later we got the beef out of pot, put the salt, and baking 180ºC, ten minutes.
Finally cut the meat very thin and present in a plate with de olive oil.
